
The quartz material used in Pelican quartz sleeves are a 100% fused silica which lend to the sleeve's high transmittance. A high transmittance is important as the UV light must travel through the sleeve to get to the water. There are a variety of quartz sleeve designs, depending on the system that they are being used in.
All Pelican sleeves have been tested in order to ensure the VIQUA lamps deliver the appropriate intensity in each system that is offered. Make sure to 'GET GENUINE'. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your UV replacement sleeve.

Great Service and Products
My friend Dennis, own his Pelican Water System in his home. He came over to my home and he had shown me how to change the Lamp/Sleeve Combo PUV-7 in my Pelican Water System. It's like surgery. Every moves was handled in a delicate way. I didn't take notes this time instead as he explains, I listened and watched intensely. He will be back next year to help change the parts and this time I will take notes so the following year, I should do it myself. The parts came undamage. Thank you Pelican and Dennis.

Great customer service
We installed Pelicans equipment on a rental property we own to treat well water. Their prices are much lower then going with a local company. They were friendly and very helpful to ensure we installed the correct equipment and answered any questions I had during the process. Pelican Stands Behind Their Products!
When our UV bulb failed after just 3 months I contacted Pelican customer service to order a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when the rep told me she was shipping the replacement at no charge as it fell within the warranty period. The new lamp arrived a few days later and the system is functioning well. Thank you Pelican for exemplary service!

Just purchased a home that had the filtering system installed. Needed to order filters and install. Tech support was quick to respond and help me out with the process. My experience has been that after you purchase a product you are on your own. Really appreciate getting calls returned and walked through some details.

Water Softener - A Delight!
Due to services within our area, installation took a while, but the product did arrive promptly as quoted when the order was placed. Once installation took place by a local plumber, the product functioned beautifully. We will most likely be interested in purchasing another unit in the future for our Florida home.

Just as described--fit fine
Annual replacement lamp was well packaged, promptly shipped, and worked just as expected. I originally ordered the wrong bulb and the technican talked me through the process of getting the correct bulb. Shipped it quickly since my old bulb was approaching it's time limit.

Pelican replacement UV lamp/sleeve combo
We just purchase our home a couple of months ago and it has a Pelican system.
We were unsure of how or what needed but customer service rep was very helpful and got us the correct part and when changing out the lamp/sleeve it was easy and straightforward very pleased!!

Great Customer Service
