    Basil Peppermint Iced Tea

    • Ingredients:
      • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
      • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
      • 8 cups filtered water
      • 1/3 cup natural sweetener (honey, agave or maple syrup)

Place your basil and mint leaves in a large pot, before adding four cups of boiling water. Steep for at least 10 minutes, allowing more time for stronger tea. Sweeten to your liking. Chill before serving.

    • Ingredients:
      • 16 cups ice cubes made using filtered water
      • 10-12 lb. seedless watermelon
      • 4 teaspoon lemon juice
      • 1/4 cup sugar
      • Salt

Chop watermelon flesh into approximately 2-inch chunks, discarding the rind. Purée about a quarter of the flesh in a blender, along with a pinch of salt, 4 cups ice, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 tbsp. sugar. Strain into a large bowl, discarding any solids. Add sugar until sweetened to desired taste. Make three more batches and serve over ice.

    Vanilla-Cran-Raspberry Punch

    • Ingredients:
      • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
      • 6 cups cranberry-flavored sparkling beverage
      • 6 cups cranberry-raspberry juice (100 percent)
      • 1 pint of raspberry sorbet
      • 2-6 cups filtered water
      • Ice cubes

Combine first three ingredients within a large bowl. Scoop sorbet into bowl. Dilute with filtered water to reduce tartness. Add ice and serve immediately.
