    Detox Water Recipes for a Healthier You

    Detox Water for Clear Skin

    This detox water contains hints of honey, aloe, and apple cider vinegar for a host of health benefits. The ingredients work together to balance the bacteria in the gut, reduce inflammation, and prevent breakouts in the future. Drink up to a glass a day for fast results!

    • 1-2 cups of room temperature filtered water
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon of aloe vera
    • 1 teaspoon of honey
    • A pinch of mint and basil

    Pour the water into a large glass, and then slice your lemon. Squeeze the lemon juice into your detox water and then add the lemon slices, allowing them to float in your drink. Add the apple cider vinegar, aloe vera, and honey. Stir gently and then top with mint and basil.

    Detox Water for Bloating

    Did you cheat on your diet, or do you feel pretty gassy? This detox water recipe will get you rehydrated while flushing out toxins and aiding in proper digestion to soothe your intestines and naturally de-bloat you.     • Filtered water
    • Peppermint tea bag
    • Ginger tea bag
    • 1/2 of an orange
    • 1/2 of a lemon
    • 1/2 of a cucumber

    Fully wash your fruits and vegetables in filtered water. Slice your lemon, orange, and cucumber into thin strips. Squeeze the lemon and orange juice into a large pitcher, and then add the cucumber, lemon, and orange slices.

    Boil your tea bags in water and allow the tea to steep for five minutes. Add the tea to your pitcher and then fill the remainder of the pitcher with filtered water.

    Detox Water for Acne

    • Filtered water
    • 1/2 of a cucumber
    • 4-5 large watermelon chunks
    • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
    • Mason jar or canning jar

    First, quarter a small watermelon and dice four or five chunks. Slice your cucumber, and rip the mint leaves in half to release more flavor. Add the watermelon chunks, cucumber slices, and mint leaves into your jar.

    Using a spoon or fork, gently mash the fruit and leaves against the bottom of the jar to release juices. Add filtered water into your jar, screw on the top, and shake vigorously before drinking.
