We are very happy with our whole house water filter. Very simple to install with a qualified plumber and we never think about our water quality. While our city water was very good before, our ice maker produces clearer ice and we always feel clean after baths or showers. I don't usually write reviews but we are very happy with this purchase. I've had the unit installed for two weeks now, and am very pleased with the results. The water tastes good, and there is noticeably much less spotting on everything from dishes to faucets and sinks.

I did a lot of on-line research before buying our system. I was somewhat skeptical about it, but based on the test results we decided to gave it a try and we could not be more pleased. These water systems are great! I have a deep water well that has a lot of iron and sulfur. Besides taking showers in rotten egg smell, the showers and toilets also got an orange film. I was looking for something to take care of my problems besides an expensive RO system. After looking around on the net for a bit I found pelican water. I purchased the whole house iron and manganese with chlorine injection and carbon filter. Not only taking care of my dirty, smelly water also at only one third the price of RO. The pelican service team has been very friendly in answering all my questions that I have had and solved all my problems easily. Thanks Pelican Team

It's been a few weeks since I installed the shower filter and it has been a great experience. The installation was simple and straight forward, but more importantly my entire families skin and hair have seen dramatic improvements. My daughters patchy and dry skin has gotten completely better. It is so great not to smell chlorine in the shower anymore. The adjustable shower head is great, we were concerned we would have less water pressure, but that is not the case even using the more conservative setting. Thanks Pelican for a great product.

The water now tastes fantastic. However, the softening portion has been much slower. Finally after nearly 2 months we are beginning to see softer water. There must have been more buildup in the piping than we thought. I think in 4 -6 months we may see the full softener benefits.

I bought the system purification and softner systems from Patrick in Deland, Florida. I have rehabbed house for OVER 20 years. RARELY, do I run into someone who gives the level of Customer Service which Patrick in Deland gives!! I did business troubleshooting across our nation for the founder of Burger King, the founder of HCA and Columbia Health Care and for Jack Massey who bought KFC from Mr. Sanders. What I am trying to tell you is I used to get paid a tremendously high amount of money for my input and Patrick is A MOVER AND SHAKER!!! If you haven't looked at him for promotion you should do so before someone steals an incredible employee from your company!

My water comes from a deep (485 Ft.) well and when it rains extremely hard, sediment enters my home through the water pipes. Because of this system I've saved a ton of money on water filters for my refridgerator ice maker and water dispenser! It has probably increased the life of my electric hot water heater as well! I had the Peligan NS6 hooked up on Tuesday,05/14/13. I had hard water from my well and it was horrible taken a shower or a bath. Made my skin so dry. I thought it was snowing around me. No more dryness or rings inside my toilets. I have 4 of them. Now water tastes much better, and I can shower with comfort now, that I couldn't enjoy before. Its amazing how one can feel and tell the difference so quickly. I don't see the film on my glasses in dishwasher or my shower doors.. That's a plus. Great product. I had a pro hook it up for me. Much faster then I would have. I would recommend to all who have hard water. Well or city. 5 out of 5 rating. I'll get back to you if there's a change. I don't think so. But be sure you know if what I say fits your needs. So far Im hooked.

We purchased a Pelican whole house water filter system from the Pelican on-line site. Via the phone, the company representative guided us through purchasing the proper system by asking questions about our particular needs and house size explaining why the system I was considering would not be quite right for our situation. We made 2 more phone calls and sent photos for their review asking questions during our installation. Again, they gave immediate, attentive responses to guide us through, and helped correct some mistakes we were making. Our water is sediment and chlorine free, SO MUCH healthier for drinking, for bathing, and for our pipes!

I replaced a traditional salt softener system with the combo salt-free and carbon setup. Now we can drink great water from an tap and I feel good about the water supply. Granted, I do need more soap now, but that is not a problem.

We ordered the salt-free NaturSoft system and had it installed about two months ago. I no longer have white buildup on my stainless steel kitchen sink! I do get some water spots, but they come off easily -- no more scrubbing. The glass shower doors get the usual dull build up of soap and water spots, but again no white scale buiild up that has to be chipped off. The shower doors now clean easily and quickly. The water tastes fine too.

There is no substitute for the best! Love it.

My wife and I have experienced some of the hardest water in the nation right here in SoCal. After installing the salt free system along with the carbon system our water is not only softer but it also tastes great. The system was easy to install especially if you have basic plumbing experience as i installed the system myselfI. I highly recommend the Pelican Combo system for home owners in our area.

Be sure it's everything we wanted it to be: bathing, drinking, cloths & dish washing. We recommended it to one of our neighbors recently who also installed and are very pleased too. Needs only 5 minutes attention once or twice a year to replace the low-cost filter.

Customer service and attention to detail were amazing. One of the best on-line technical discussions and telephone interactions I've ever experienced. (When you call in for assistance and guidance, ask for Patrick Hollingsworth.) And, if you want to make sure you're covering all of the inorganics, metals, and organic traces, email them your H2O laboratory test results and go over them with the Pelican team. I'm also pleased to report that the installed system has not lowered the water pressure at all--a concern I had given the size and potential density of the filtration system. Installation is a breeze, although pay attention to the 24-hour carbon tank rinsing pre-use process.

These products have been everything they were promoted to be. The water tastes great and we have even more suds than we had with the old salt softener! We lost a little pressure but that may be because we had to replumb the system to get 2 tanks to fit in our house with no basement... Installation was pretty easy even with adding 50' of pipe and lots of elbows. I was a bit skeptical of the process with our very hard water but I would recommend it!

We purchased the full house filtration system from Pelican. Even though it only been 3 weeks the system was installed, we are very satisfied with the system. We have well water and we didn’t have a water softener. This system make a huge different on the first week. I was so happy to see again my white shirts looking white; I actually can see bubbles on the washer machine and dishwasher. Something we hardly were seeing before. We purchased the combo series with the help of Steve to determine what we really needed. Steve was right,we love the softener and filter combo. No more itchy skin! We moved to FL last summer. Even though we love our new community we learned that its water treatment facility is in need of repair and the water from it, on occasion, is not as pure as we wanted. So, after some investigation I decided on the Pelican System. Our water is now very pure and we do love the system. I’ve had water softeners and filtering systems in the past and Pelican is so much better.

I just had my system model PSE2000 Combo. The very first time when this was just installed, the process to flush the carbon was a very lengthy my who house has lots of corbon flush which it was indicated in the manual, and it took a long time to flush the entire house, but after that is was an amazing experience. The water was very soft and clear unlike my previous experience with Culligan water softener whic was salt tanks and oily feeling. It was noticable by my own kids water difference.. Santa Clarita CA

We purchased the PSE 1800 system for the filtration and softening of our water supply. It contains a coarse filter, a fine charcoal filter and a softener. All three units are installed at the water inlet into the house. In our house, this mandated and outdoor installation. So far, the system is working well and effectively. Installation was not difficult; it does not require a licensed plumber if one has some experience and modest plumbing skills involving PVC pipes. We like the fact that the system works without the use of salt or other chemicals, or electricity. Replacement of the coarse filter is easy, but we have not yet had to replace the charcoal filter. It is required once every five years or so. Hopefully that will not be difficult either. Overall, we feel that the system is well worth its cost.

Water actually taste better and I love how the entire home has filtered water and reduced fluoride with the added fluoride filter.

I purchased you combo conditioner and filter and couldn't be happier. I received it promptly after the order and installed it myself. The water is so clear and tastes like the purest spring water. Pretty impressive considering I live in Florida where the water has a sulphur taste. We recommend the system highly .

We purchased our Pelican system including the PS-80 and a Trojan UV Max, as well as the 5 Micron and 120 Micron filters. We also picked up the 6-stage RO system for our fridge and kitchen sink. Everything works great when it is installed correctly. Neither our plumber nor our GC could read or follow simple instructions, apparently, so our install took a few tries to get right. Now it works great. Our water out here has a high level of hardness and silt and when it comes out of the tap, it's clear, soft, pure, and tastes great.

The products are simple to install and maintain and the support from the company has been exemplary.

We have been extremely happy with the quality of water coming from our tap ever since we installed the PC600. We are on very hard city water, absolutely undrinkable. After the install of this system the water coming out of our refrigerator dispenser is the best tasting water I have ever had!!!

I purchased the PC-600 whole house system about 4 months ago. Installation was fairly easy. Customer service was excellent. I am completely satisfied with great tasting water and there are no water flow problems.

Since our purchase and installation of our Pellican Water system, we have enjoyed the best tasting water ever. We have some spotting on our dishes, but most of it is eliminated by using the Cascade Action Pacs, which has a spot remover in it. Our laundry seems to come out clean and fresh. All in all we are very satisfied with our Pelican Water system and have recommended it to many of our friends.

We found that although our water tasted great, it contained some coliforms which was unhealthy. After installing our pelican carbon filter and the UV, all is well and safe to drink. My wife had been experiencing some health issues but after installing the Pelican system, all of those health issues have cleared up. I am truly glad that I chose the Pelican system to obtain clear good drinking water. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to improve the quality of their water.

We bought the house with a basic salt softner in place. The water was slick, we didn't like drinking it, and hated bathing in it. The Pelican softener system works better than I thought it could. I love my whole house water filtration system. I have since added the fluoride filter also. It took a while to have clear water in my bathtub(sediment came out for quite a while) but I think it has finally stopped. Love the service with Pelican Water Systems too. They really take their time with you with any problem that is a concern to you. After having the salt free combo system installed, I could not beleive the performance. After having a Lifesource system for 5-6 years, there is no comparison. Installed it myself and intructions were easy to follow. Could see the benefits soon after. So nice to not have to worry about adding salt to a softner. Drinking the water now out of any tap with a great taste.

We noticed a difference right away with the shower heads not building up calcium clogging the holes. My humidifier was also easier to clean than it was last year. We are happy with the performance so far. We have had it for about 6 months.

I installed a PF6 and a PC1000. Simple straight forward process and the tech support at Pelican was most helpful. Water now smells and taste great and wife says her skin is much more comfortable. She was having problems with itching skin and no itch since we got the filters! When we water the garden and flowers, the plants really pop as if we just got a good rain. Chlorine free water will do that!!

I choose to do the plumbing work myself and after some initial plumbing problems not associated with the PC1000, I was able to attach the PC1000 to my water lines and immediately I noticed a HUGE difference is the taste and, no chlorine smell which was consistant with my city's water supply. I had to run 1 inch pipe 35 feet to and from the PC1000 and I didn't notice any water pressure drop through out the house. It's a convenient and minimal maintenance system and in my opinion well worth the money I spent.

We recently purchased a home where the previous owners had installed a whole house salt free NaturSoft system to protect the new tankless hot water systm they also installed. We were experiencing spoting problems on our stainless steel flatware and interior of the dishwash. A call to Pelican customer service walked me through the causes and suggested a solution. With in a week of installing the filter fix the problem was solved. I had never heard of a water softner system that was salt free, but now I am one of Pelican's biggest supporters.

I originally had a Culligan water softener and replaced it with a Pelican Iron and Salt Free softener. I am on a well system and have both hardess and iron in my water. I am extremely happy with the final result. the most noticeable difference is the taste of my tap water. With the old system if a glass of water was sitting on the counter and came to room temperature the taste was terrible. Now with the Pelican system the taste of the water is great.

Our water supply is well water with a high rate of sulphur. The taste and smell were awful. My Pelican filter does an awesome job of filtering both odor and taste.

After installing the Pelican Shower Wand Combo, the soft water is great. Our hair is no longer dry and coarse. Great product!

After researching the salted products and hearing disturbing stories, my wife and I decided to install a Pelican prefilter, Charcoal filter and salt free water softner on our well that supplies all of the water for our house. I flushed out our water heater as instructed, but since it was ten years old, I ended up replacing the two heating elements and now we have plenty of fresh hot water. I replaced another water filtration system with the NS6. The first observation is - no need to backwash - which is a great plus. Next, I noticed less minerals in our water, which I fully expected. And, what mineral are there, seem to not cling to surfaces as readily as they did prior to the NS6. All I need to do for maintenance is change the pre-filter. A good system

I loved the way the water tastes now. My wife likes the softness of the towels. Our plumbing man did a beautiful job...easy to take care of.

Easy to install. Works! The minerals form an easy to remove crystalline film. No lugging bags of salt, no unwanted salt formation, no electricity, no maintenance, small, worth every penny. The only difficulty is convincing other people.

We have had the P600 for a little over 3 years and have had excellent results. No chlorine, no harmful added chemicals, no germs or bacteria. Guests in our home always remark how wonderful our showers are. "Like taking a shower in spring water!!" There is no smell, the taste is excellent and we take care to replace the pre-filter often, etc. I even back flush it about once a years, just for the extra cleaning effect. We have communicated numerous times with company reps (purchase more pre-filter replacement, rings, etc) and have always received prompt, courteous and truthful information/service. We are adding a salt-free water conditioner from Pelican as it will get rid of calcium and scale. I wish I had gotten both to start with, they are the very best value available, in my opinion. I have had my whole house water filter for 6 months and I wish I had not waited so long to purchase one. My water has never tasted so good and my skin is not longer dry. We installed the Pelican system in our home 6 months ago and almost instantly we could taste a huge difference in our water quality. After changing the filter the first time we were amazed what was trapped in those fibers. The thought of that "stuff" being on our bodies and more importantly IN our bodies was frightening. First, your videos really helped me to understand clearly what to expect from your product and my water. Your technical staff, Steve at x-205 and Frank were extremely helpful to my plumber during the installation. Hopefully, no one would attempt to do it yourself with all the plumbing involved. Upon completion of the installation, my plumber took all the faucet heads off and cleaned all the iron and sediment which was seriously impacting the water pressure. The pressure is now perfect and what I expected in a new house. I am not noticing the ugly brown and orange covering my toilets and tubs. The plumber returned today, one week after install to test the water. Perfect results with the test. So far, I am very satisfied with your product but it will still take me some time before I will be able to drink the water after seeing what was there. I am looking forward to getting rid of bottled water soon. Let me say thank you so much to Steve and Frank for their professionalism and patience. We love our new water purification system. It's easy to maintain and the filters are sent automatically. We're going to install one on our boat! We had issues with the faucet but your customer service team helped fix and replace immediately. Great job by all!

Water odor is much much better, no musty smell. Water better for drinking now. Bathroom tiles have no more algae growth in the grout. Previously had to clean the grout every week. Pinkish-orangey water line coloring is gone along the sink drain areas and the toilet bowls. We still get a slight visible dusting of black fine carbon particles around the toilet bowl area intermittently.

bought pelican water system last nov 2012 after reading all reviews on line....had large amount of chlorine and chlorimides in our city water which was making me ill....needed a system that eliminated all of these pollutants and low and behold after installing your system...no more chlorine and no more chlorimides....it took my husband only a few hours to install and he is not a plumber....just followed your instructions....thankyou so much for having such an awesome system....looks great too...

We installed the PSE 2000 Combo System one month ago at our beach house located in Emerald Isle, NC. Prior to installation, the local water analysis report was reviewed with Pelican. Although the water quality was good, the chemical contents made it undrinkable. Since installation, in the short period of one month, the taste and feel of the water have greatly improved and will continue to get better. We no longer purchase bottle water or ice for drinking, water used for showers and clothes washing feel and smell much better. In addition, the plumber, who installed the system, was very complimentary of the quality of the products, ease of installation, and technical support provided by Pelican. Steve was very helpful and patient in assisting me during the selection and ordering process. The shipment was received in good shape two business days after the order was placed. We bought the Combo series in October 2007. It is a replacement of our old water system. What I like about this system is it's maintenanace-free. The water tastes a lot better. We have drinking water in every faucet in the house. We will be attempting to replace the media. Customer service said, it's easy to replace it. I'll let you know.

I have had my system for a few years now. I love the fact that the system is compact and easily maintained. We have very hard water here, so I wanted to protect all my plumbing and appliances. Changing the filter is easy and only done twice a year. Definitely an improvement in technology over the old water softener systems.

The system was easy to install, functions flawlessly producing spring water grade drinking water and Sodium free soft water. The only down side is we have a greenhouse and the Calcium and Magnesium deposit on plants is significant. We will have to now install a reverse osmosis system for the greenhouse.

i have been very happy with the quality of water since installing the system. It has done everything that you said it would do. We use water from a well and have always trouble with unacceptable levels of bacteria until installing the pelican system.

We have had our whole house system for about 6 months. We have noticed that the water is better tasting, the shower area has less scum/salt buildup, and soaping/shampoo is much improved. We are very glad we invested in this system, I changed out the pre-sediment filter after 5 months and noticed the collection of rust-colored deposits (our water provideris not great and they have numerous pipe breakages which always raises the risk of additional sediment entering the lines). We also have a gas on-demand water heating system and we believe our whole house purification system helps trap any contaminant messing up the on-demand filters.

I am happy with our whole house system. I like that we can drink chlorine free water from any tap. The taste is an improvement from regular tap but I grew up on Reverse osmosis water so I'm still not used to the Pellican taste. My son was disappointed that the soft water wasn't slippery like at a friend's house but I know this is better. My house was built in 1995 so I don't know if pipes had deposits but the screen washers in my faucets have yet to be clogged and they used to clog all the time. The system was professionally installed November 2012.

Took us some time to decide what to buy based on our capacity and needs. Mark and customer service were extremely informed, helpful and accommodating on every step. We highly recommend the systems and it has made a great difference on our water.

I have had this Carbon Series PC600/PC1000 for several years now and have had the media changed after three years. The cost of maintaining the system is reasonable. The performance is very satisfactory. Changing the media ( carbon material ) can be difficult for the home owner . I recommend having a certified professional change the media . It can be costly however it only has to be done every three to five years. Otherwise , we are extremely satisfied with this water filtration system.

Five years ago the City required the removal of the salt water softener systems. After much research, the only system that met our goal was the Pelican Water System. 1) No salt 2) Low maintenance. Replace the primary filter once a year. With only two people in the home, we could go 18 months. 3) Good quality water!! The taste is equal to, or better than any bottled water. Makes the best coffee too. 4) Clean shower! Any scum or soap residue is so easy to remove. No calcium build-up. We have used the system for five years and will replace the charcoal media this year, and then set back and enjoy for another five years!

I installed my system about a year ago. I couldn't be happier with the quality of my water now. No more iron stains and no more hard water! This is the way to go if you are like me and are weary of putting salt in your water.

Mark was great, he helped me review my water test results and determine the best system for our house which has well water. He also sent an email afterwards with very helpful tips which enabled me to install the system myself. I feel very comfortable now knowing that the water coming in is going through a pre-filter, pH treatment, a carbon filter and a U.V. light to keep it safe for my family.

I am not sure of the entire name of our system as I chose the one above that sounded familiar. We have every filter you can have, I think. Small cotton filter followed by a large canister then two black 60" tall filters and finally a UV light. Water throughout the hose tastes great. So far so good. Thank you!

I've had my combination filter salt free system for several months and I absolutely love the results. No more clorine smell in the shower and the water feels like naturally filtered water. No more dragging bags of salt down the basement steps. Cleaning is a breeze as even water spatters easily wipe off. Definitely recommend this system!

We love our new whole house system. It's all that is advertised. No more calcium deposits and the water and ice tastes better than bottled water. The coffee pot sparkles again! Be sure to follow the instructions when you install to avoid the carbon in your commodes. (Our plumber didn't) The only small negative is that the water is so pure that I have to add bleach tablets to the toilet tank. Ha!

Honestly I still find the technology a little too good to be true. But I'm believing it to be! My favorite part is knowing that we get FILTERED water, with no harmful chemicals, but without removing the helpful minerals. I have always been disappointed with the mineral free options. Reverse osmosis etc. I love that one system impacts all the water in our home inside and out! And so far have not have to do a thing!

It's now been a month since I put the system on line. Day one the odor and rust from the cold water lines in my house was gone. First time in 24 years I had water I would drink. It took about 3-4 days for the hot water to clear up. I'm totally impressed! My wife is happy and has repeatedly commented on how nice our water is now. She is one of these women you see running around with a water bottle in her hand all the time. She too now drinks our tap water. We have gone through 3 different systems prior to this one. This is the first system to work as claimed.

Bought a combo whole house saltless system a year ago. Had it professionally installed by a licensed plumber. Noticed the difference in water quality right away. Really happy with the system. Have used a salt system in the past from another company. The Pelican in my opinion is a far superior and cheaper to operate and maintain system. We built a new home and wanted a salt free system for taste & freedom from hauling salt into the basement in our golden years. We have a well that we tested and needed to raise our pH and disinfect the water. The Calcite system raises the pH from 6.8 to 7.5 and the Pro10 UV Max disinfects the water. The system works fine and the only component that needs backwashing is the Calcite tank. We have 3 bathrooms so we use the Model NS3 system.

We love our PC1000 and have recommended and purchased it for several of our family members as well. People don't realize how toxic chlorine is to the body system (it kills all of your body's beneficial microorganisms, which is what gives you a good immune system) and how important clean water is for good health. Also, people don't realize that chlorine is constantly off gassing from your toilet water into your home environment every time you flush and then you breathe in the chlorine and it also kills your body's microorganisms that way. So far so good. Have had unit in operation for five months. Love the water out of the faucet now. Tastes like bottled water. Have not had to descale my coffee maker in four months. Great product seems to do exactly as you claim.

We were in need of a UV system to remove bacteria following a bioreactor for a petroleum remediation system and Pelican Water provided excellent pricing and exceptional services. The UV system has been in operation for over a year in an extreme environment and is still performing as recommended by Pelican.

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the water that our Pelican system is providing. The taste of the water is exceptional. We lived in San Diego for many years before moving to the desert and the water there was atrocious. We were disappointed to find out the water here in the desert was very hard and tasted badly. The Pelican systems resolved both of those problems and has been maintenance free since we installed it 6 months ago. It's almost a year since purchasing a Pelican Water Purification System. To date it has been functioning to my total satisfaction. The only item I had to change was the filter, which when ordered was received the next day, much to my surprise. I would most certainly recommend the system to anyone.

Purchased this in January 2012 along with a Fluoride Filter. It is working great. I had a handy man install it and he had no problems. My house is on county water and when I first bought it I could smell Chlorine. I had well water previously and didn't want to drink the chlorine or fluoride so I had this installed and I can no longer smell chlorine. I'm very happy and Steve was great to work with answering all my crazy questions. My water pressure is good no change. Great product and I can drink water and feel like it is safe for me to drink and I don't have to buy bottled water.

We ordered the whole house filter and softener combo. The water tastes great and the showers with the soft water are fantastic. The dishes from the dishwasher are cleaner and the laundry is coming out better. We could not be more pleased ...

With a good plumber the filter went in very well and it has been working well for about a week now. It seems to be removing the iron and manganese from our water. Whenever I had a question, Steve Engel quickly returned my call and answered my questions satisfactorily. The product also arrived when they said it would. Overall, very pleased.

I am very pleased and satisfied with our Pelican filter. Our water source is the Tennessee River in Chattanooga, and despite having a clean and reliable water treatment facility, normal water treatment, chlorination and sand filtration can only do so much to correct the years of evil committed by numerous industries and individuals upstream. The water from the tap consistently had a subtle if not strong chlorine and chemical odor and taste. That is all gone now, thanks to our Pelican PC1000. There was an immediate noticeable difference in the taste and lack of discernible odor. I can now drink water from any tap in our home as well as feel comfortable that my children are not being exposed to numerous and unnecessary chemicals. A neighbor said that the taste of the water reminded him of the water he drank in the mountains of Colorado. Dear Pelican Water, I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how happy we are with our PC1000 whole house water filter system. I suspected that our tap water contained harmful matter but had no idea how different and healthy our water could be until we installed a PC1000 water filter system. Each time I change the pre-filter I'm amazed at the amount of dirt it has captured before the water even gets to the carbon filter. As a result, our water is healthier, tastes better and does a better job when cleaning our clothes. This is one of the best investments we have ever made.

It took a while to get them installed only because I had 3 opinions telling me to get a new well. My well was so low volume that when the kitchen faucet was on, none of the other faucets worked. The water had a yellow tinge and a lot of silt. After sinking a new commercial well and bleeding the well till the mud ceased then sanitizing the well and house lines we were ready to turn the by pass switch so the water cruises through the carbon and saltless water filter as well as the silt filter. I have never been so happy- Got pressure- got clean, clear water with no silt that is soft creating luxurious baths of bubbles. Being a practical person we really appreciate not having to recycle every night like the old salt one use to do. Also love that salt water is no longer an environment issue since this softener is saltless and maintenance free for a few years.

Thanks to Mark Hughes for helping me this morning. I ordered a filtration system on-line and realized I had meant to order the NS3 Water Softner. I immediately called once I realized my mistake and Mark put me on the right track. Ended up with the filtration/softner combo and I am sure we will be happy with the systems. We are very happy with our water system. It is great to be able to drink right out of the faucet and not have to worry about the condition of the drinking water and baths and showers are great for your skin with this system.

I had the water conditional installed at my new home in January. Since then mine and my wife showers have been wonderful. We no longer have to use excessive creams to feel soft and silky. I love the taste of the water although my wife still prefers bottle water. I would certainly recommend the product. It was costly to have it installed and a regular house cannot install it himself unless he has plumbing experience.

We installed this unit in our Freeport Bahamas home along with a tankless water heater. The combination has proved to be great, with low maintenance and very cost effective.

The system was easy to install with pvc. Everything was supplied except the pvc pipe and elbows. Seems to work fine and has been trouble free. It was a little time consuming to flush the system for the UV, but not hard.

Found the soft water system very easy to install and am pleased with the results. Would recommend to anyone looking for a salt free system.

We have had the whole house combo system for 2 months and couldn't be happier. Mark lead us thru the installation procedure and it is straight forward. When water flow initally stated, I noticed a hairline crack in one of the heads and texted Mark a picture, he Fedexed a replacement head that day. At church last sunday when it was an unusually hot mid march 90 temp, they were serving iced tap water. We couldn't drink the water. This system is fantastic with great support. I have been using the Combination of a Chlorine & Fluoride Filter since January 2012 and love it. I had been using well water for 20 years. I bought a house that uses county water. Being health conscious I didn't want to drink chlorinated and Fluoride treated water. I could smell the chlorine in the water before I was able to get the filters installed. But had them installed prior to moving into the new home and I could not longer smell the chlorine. I found Steve friendly & wonderful to work with.So I'm definitely a happy customer.

Our new Pelican WF6 Iron/Manganese Filter & Salt Free Softener has been operating for 6 months now. It has accomplished everything we had hoped for. No more mineral build up in toilets, showers and washer -- water feels and tastes good without the slippery feeling. It was a bigger job to install than our plumber first thought, but he did a great job using the Owner's Manual to guide each step of the way. I had searched on the internet to find salt free technology. I'm glad I discovered Pelican Water Systems.

I just wanted to let you know that I installed the tankless hot water heater filter on Monday, and saw results starting the next day. Today my stainless steal dishwasher is almost back to looking like new. I have to let you know that it was pretty hard to convince the plummer that this second filter was necessay, especially having it come out on the service side. You need to educate plummers about your product.

Hello at Pelican Water Systems, Living in the country and being on a well for water supply has caused me much thought to how clean our water really is. After some research, I decided to call Pelican and was immediately pleased with the support person with whom I have since spoken with on many occassions. Mark Hughes speaks with confidence in the Pelican product line and reaches out with a sincere attitude and concern for the customer. The product warrenty and list of good aspects of the product has caused me to purchase the PC1000 with UV. As for a DIY installation, there are no issues. Simply read the instructions, purchase a few plumbing supply items and begin. My wife & I are very happy with this system and the knowledge of drinking GOOD water gives us tremendous peace of mind. I must confess, that I will most likely add a water softner element to our system (even though our water is not hard), and advise you guys to consider this for your wives up front. I've had the Pelican softner since 2009 and the only maintenance that is required is replacing a small filter every 6 months that is attached in front of the main tank. We have very hard water and this filtering system does a great job in dissolving the minerals without the need of salt, flushing or anything else. It is also important to know that if you need to watch your sodium intake this is the system that is a must have.

Our water is well water and the filtration and UV sterilization package we have does such a good job we were thinking about bottling it to use as drinking water in Houston.

I recently moved and am now on well water. I could not adjust to the taste or smell so I decided to look at options. After researching several different products on the market I decided to call Pelican. I cannot say enough about how great the customer service and technical support center were. Paul Wood did an excellent job because he has experience in this type of installation.Each homeowner has individual situations for the location, pvc needed, etc. & that should be considered when purchasing. I am happy.

I own a Pelican shower filter and I have to say I give it 5 stars. It is a nice filter that is made well and very easy to install. I have to say that since using it, I have had no leaks and it appears to be working great. I have no chlorine odor and the water does feel slightly softer. My least favorite part of the shower filter is the scent bars. Personally I did not like the smell much as it smells artificial and if you are going for a spa experience the scent does not last long at all, after a week of use the smell was gone from the scent bar. The scent bars in my opinion are not cost effective and I will not be repurchasing those. Although the Pelican shower filter and replacements is a bit costly over some of the other filters; I like the fact that Pelican offers a 3 stage filtration and there is no need to rotate or flip the filter over every three months so maintenance is great. I also like that it looks nice and it does not affect the shower height so if you are tall this is added benefit. It took about a week of use before I noticed a difference in the feel of my skin and hair. I think this is a great buy.

After I was diagnosed with cryptosporidium, I wanted to ensure that the water at our home was safe even though no family member or guest had any indications that it was not. Now that we have the UV Max installed, I can enjoy our water with confidence. We always receive personal attention whenever we call Pelican!! Thank you!

I bought the PSF-1 Premium Shower Filter about 2 weeks ago and the first time I showered was unbelievable. I had a a Culligan carbon filter which filtered most of the Clorine out, so it wasn't the normal L.A. water, but after the shower with my new filter, the difference was night and day. My hair and skin felt so great, way beyond clean. I recommend this filter to everyone even if your water isn't like Los Angeles water.

The filter system has been hook up for 6 mos. now, and the results are very good. We moved to Florida from Ohio and in Ohio we had a salt/watersoftner with R/O filter, this has done the job without salt and a R/O filter. The taste is great. I have been living and working in Columbia Mo for the last 4 months...in a rental 1 year old home. I noticed that the water was extremely hard and there was mineral deposits on EVERYTHING. I am used to the "normal" water that we have in Kansas City, MO and was shocked by the difference. Nevertheless, we just bought a new home here in Columbia and before we move in I wanted to install a salt-free water softner system. I have only lived in the new house for 3 days, but I can tell it takes a lot less shampoo to wash my hair. Give me another 6 months and I will be able to give you a real review. I expect that things will only be better!

Easy installation for any homeowner with basic plumbing skills. The system has been on line now for about 9 months, and there have been no problems. Water quality has improved dramatically in terms of both taste and softness. No more nasty things growing in the sink anymore either. I am totally pleased with my investment in this system.

I have been very satisfied with my water after installing the Pelican system. However, I expected that. What I was pleasantly pleased to learn about was the great customer service I receieved when ordered, arranging delivery, and afterward when I had questions.

I had the whole house system installed last October and love the taste of the water. I am also much more conscious of not wasting water when I wash dishes so I don't leave the water running.

I just bought a new Pelican Whole House Carbon water filter and it is great. I compared the Pelican to the Aquasana Whole House water filter and another 5 stage whole house water filter system. The sellers of the 5 stage system never called me back like they said they would to answer my questions, so they were out of the running right away. The aquasana and the pelican are roughly the same price, but the total cost of ownership is much less for the pelican. After 5 years you have to replace the entire filter and housing with the aquasana, for a total cost of at least 500 dollars. Just 200 dollars shy of a new one. With the Pelican you can simply replace the filter for 140 dollars. A big cost savings. That is why I went with the Pelican. Water tastes great and we are drinking more of it.

On February 22, 2013, I called Pelican to order a replacement big blue sump & head & a spanner wrench for prefilter. However, I didn't know the name of the parts at that time; but I tried to explain it to Patrick, and he knew exactly what I was wanting. His kind voice made me feel comfortable to ask questions about what my problem was & what I needed to fix it. We also own a business in Indy, and 'service' is the name of the game - well, Pelican certainly feels the same. Patrick said he would ship the products that day, & I would received it by Tuesday - which is exactly what happened. We love it!! Our water tastes better and is better without using "salt".... I would recommend this to anyone using a salt water softner system, this is much better and no more lugging those big bags of salt is a plus and the feeling it leaves on your skin after a shower is much better than the traditional "salt" water softner feeling! I called about a lamp which was broken in shipment. I spoke with a very courteous man who listened to the complaint. Within five minutes he had my problem solved and said a replacement lamp would be shipped. I received the new lamp within a week and it was it good condition. I was concerned when ist ordered. Now having used for 2 months, it works great !!! I would definitly recommend this system.

I did alot of research on water filters due to issues associated with other filters I purchased. I performed a water test prior to my purchase and found no major issues though my water had a strange taste and left stains on all of my surfaces. I did a little research and found that there is alot of ground shells (clam - etc) in the ground water where I live. For 2 years I have bought: pitcher, line and tap filters and they didnt last long or really help. One of the sites that rated water filters gave Pelican a 5 star rating. So I decided to try one more filter and see if it helped. I found the cost a little high, though it was less than the others tested! After 3 months of great tasting water, no stains, build up, clean clothes, I would highly recommend this product. If you are currently buying bottled water or thinking about it (thats where I was) look at the cost and see if this is a better solution! I installed this myself and it only requires a minor degree of skill. A good point is to first look at your current configuration and see if you will need any special work, if so I would hire a plumber or someone that has the skills. A good plumbers guide would work also!

the difference in water quality was noticeable almost immediately. the water tastes better and when we bath we get many more suds with the soap. I was able to install the softener and filter myself in a couple of hours. david foppe

It took me months to research and choose a whole house filtration system. I was replacing and existing water softener and reverse osmosis system. I am an elite athlete and therefore extremely picky about what enters my body. A few factors lead me to shoose this system - saltless (I do not want additional salt in my body), it doesn't remove the minerals my body needs and the carbon filters out all the impurities including chloramines. After a few months of using this system I noticed my water actually tastes better, my skin is smoother and I don't have to buy salt once a month - win/win. On top of that their customer service is great.

I got the whole house filter and it was my first purchase for the house. How comforting to have fresh, healthy and good tasting water always available right from the tap!

The system has exceeded our expectations. The water quality is what we were looking for, it was easy to install by myself and best of all - No Salt. My only advice to another is; insure wrapping of threaded joints is thick enough to tighten thoroughly the first time. It's an excellent alternative to other systems out there.

Did the whole instalation myself,as I am not a plumber doing it was a little scary. After completion we have never had water any better, most of our lives have lived where water from the faucet was good. Our water here was terrible your system took the taste and clarity to the top. The system I installed is a whole farm unit being utilized by two homes. Its capacity seems to be sufficient and the system produces very good tasting water that is softened and purified. We are well pleased with this unit and would recommend it to other potential buyers.

We recently completed a new home and had the NS3 system installed. The system workes as advertized. We see no spotty buildup on our fixtures and quite telling. I wash my black car, and can take a bit longer to wipe down as I don't see the spotting that was prevalant in our piour house nearby.

So far, very pleased with quality of water. Self install. Would recommend to others in this water district.

Fairly easy to install. It just needs some mechanical experience with plumbing. So far, itt seems to be working. The only thing I notice is that the calcium deposits are disappearing.

I have had this system for a number of years and it performs well. Some cloudness when the filter medium was replaced .. and I seem to have difficulty figuring out which way the arrows should be pointing... Your staff has always been helpful.

After spending hundreds on just drinking water filtering systems which seemed to work great but not for long- getting an entire home softener/purification system has done wonders beyond pleasant tasting water, better tea & coffee but showers leaving my skin & hair much healthier & more attractive. The product may seem expensive initially but it pays for itself in numerous ways including better washed dishes, gentler cleaning of clothes & more effective personal hygiene. Add all this to the costs of drinking decent water- it's a great bang for the buck!

The PSE 1800 has functioned flawlessly. Our whole house has filtered and softened water. Customer Service is friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, it was the excellent telephone conversations with the Pelican Rep, that gave me the confidence to make the purchase. It would be nice to have a simple way to test the water to see what it contains after it goes through the system.

In September 2010 I started construction on a new home, which I and my wife designed. I completed the house and moved in January 2012. Because I built it with my own hands, sub-contracting very little, I looked for the most affordable material and products, but always kept in mind performance vs quality. Prior to completion we lived in a smaller house on the same property without having a potable water source . Our well was fine for washing excreta. In the new house we wanted eliminate the nuisance of having to purchase bottle water, iron/rust stains in our bathroom fixtures, dishwasher, washing machine etc. and having no pure white clothing, towels, and sheets. And my wife's hair had an orange glow to it. It was evident it was time to correct the problem. I researched many different types of systems. While doing the comparisons one thing was evident Pelican always came to the top of the list under the performance category. While Pelicans affordability was above the average the quality and performance tipped the scale for me. I installed the system myself. It was not over the top complicated and with the, always available, help of Mark Hughes at Pelican, the installation was a breeze. Mark is very knowledge and personable. I enjoyed working with him, I feel he should have a raise in his salary for putting up with all my questions. The system is now up and functioning. I am experiencing crystal clear water with a wonderful taste, additionally showering and bathing is a new experience. Thanks for the Execellent conversation today! As I already explained to you, Your body is made up of mostly Water. Rehydration is Necessary. Toxicity is the norm now days. To prevent this or minimize it, we need Quality-sufficient water filter systems. I can take the water directly from the bathtub/ shower. and use it to replace the water in my 50 gallon aquarium, water change. I just had the Pelican 6 Stage RO unit installed after many years of having a countertop alkalizer. This Pelican RO unit is fantastic. First, it saves space on the counter. Second, it was super easy to install. Third, and best of all, the water tastes fantastic, it dispenses fast, and the water is not acidic like most RO units. I would highly recommend this unit. (And, the price is great!)

Let me start by saying I'm a water drinker and I cherish good clean tasting water. I grew up with Hech Hechy water. When I moved to the Sacramento area I could not believe how bad the water was here. It was undrinkable. Every local grocery store has water filters with consumers hauling in thier carboys to fill up with water or they are buying cases of bottled water. After a little research online I installed a 3 stage whole house system from Pelican water systems. I couldn't believe how good the flavor and taste was, It was on unbelievable difference. The softner made some difference with the scale on our shower doors. Not perfect but we don't have to hall potasium or have any salt in our water either. The good news is our water heater dated 1987 is still kicking out good hot water and isn't all rusted after 25+ years. I'm also a local home inspector and I see water heaters fail after 8 - 10 years in this area because of our hard contaminated water. Recently our local municipality has decided that we need floride in our water to help poor children. After doing some research on the threat of to much floride (thyroid, alzheimers poor IQs in children) I have decide to add the Pelican Pro 6-stage RO system which will clean the floride out of my drinking water and put back in the good minerals. i ordered the combo salt free conditioner and carbon filter. i have county well water. recently we noticed increase in chlorine in our water. our skin became dry, red, and flaky. the main reason i bought was for our 2 year old daughter. easy install. well after 2 weeks we can tell the benefits already. our water tastes great my wife said" i love our water now. i can actually enjoy it" our skin redness is clearing up, no chlorine smell, we can actually drink from the faucet if we chose. amazing compared prices and the softener is initially more expensive but no filters to replace unlike the others on the softener. amazing can't believe i waited this long.

we installed a full house filter and water softner (including sediment pre-filter) a little over 2 years ago to replace a salt-tank softner and an under-sink reverse osmosis kitchen filter. Time has proven that we made and excellent decision and an even better choice of filtration/softening. Our son, who visits us annually for his Florida fishing vacation still mentions how good it is to not feel as slimy as a catfish when he showers after a day on Charlotte Harbor. He literally hated the slippery sensation of the old water softner, and we weren't crazy about it either. He now lives, as have we in times past, in an area with hard water. Again, we both enjoy and appreciate what your Pelican Filter and Softner system has done to improve our water. We had assumed our city water was as good as would be possible for SW Floirda, until started living with Pelican filtered water. We recently purchased the NS3 salt free water softner and filter system. The shipment arrived promptly as promised. I followed the instruction manual and installed the water softner system myself with no issues. The wife and I have used the softner now for about one month. We immediately noticed a better taste to the water and have now noticed a change in the amout of shampoo and soap we use. My wife tells me that there is very little change to the clotheswasher detergent she uses. This is probably due to the changes made by the detergent manufacturers to their products for low suds. Boy, what a relief. This system has helped me already and we have only had it installed for a few weeks. We are on well water and it has has made such a difference for my dry itchy skin. Our drinking water is wonderful and my showers are so silky and soft I can hardly believe it. Should have done this years ago.

Scott Stiltner was a pleasure to do business with; he gives a positive and fresh meaning to "customer service." I have been doing business with Pelican Water for a few years and find them very satisfying to do business with.

We are very pleased with system once we got it installed. Finding someone who would do it for reasonable fee was hard, but once we got your recommendations, it went easier. We used Great American Plumbing. Gabriel Nieves was great. He even installed a whole house water shut off valve at no extra charge and went out of his way to get an additional part that was needed. Had to have some kind ofnadapter. House had wrong size pipe.

I was a bit skeptical that this water softener could do all it says, but it DOES. Wiping the crystalline minerals off pots is a snap. I made a desktop humidifier out a a stainless 1 quart pot and an old fashioned immersion heater (like for boiling a mug of water) and I am watching the minerals grow and grow into big white clumps, but they do not calcify - amazing. I am SO GLAD I paid the price for this kind, and I am usually very frugal. It's worth 10, 20, 100 times a $500 one.

We had serached the internet and found the Pelican Water web site. We contacxted them and spoke to Mark Hughes who answered our questions so we ordered the smaller pH Neutralizer. It wasn't until it arrived that we were going to have engineering problems installing this unit as we failed to realize, on our part, that the drain line wasn't for dripping water but for a cycle of backwash. Our modular home has an vewry dry basement and the tank had to be installed in our storage/boiler room (we have a small ranch). At first we were real concerned that we couldn't even fit this unit in and thought about returning the unit albiet it would be expensive to sdo so. We again spoke to Mark who made several positive suggestions that got me thinking. After about a week thinking over the engineering, we figured this could work if we raised the tank up ten inches off the floor and have the drain line exit through the foundation and out above ground level and piped into our gutter rain pipe. Now in postive mindset, we called a plumber who accessed the project and had some concerns as to freezing problem of the drain and the force of gravity to drain the the cycled water out of the house into the rain water gutter pipe. We pressed on and the plumber did a great job. I then called Chad who instructed me how to program the electronic head. After doing so, all went 1000%...the drain water line had plenty of pressure and the water exited as desired. We were so pleased with the system. It brought our well water acidity level up from 6.0 to 7.0 which is concerned a non-acidic water. I sent mark a photo of our installation to show him & Pelican that despite some physical setb acks beyond our control, it all worked beautifully! Our main reason for buying this system as to stop the chemical reaction of acid water from eating out the copper pipes from within and really gain a longer product life of our plumbing and washing machines. We could not have done better than anywhere else.

I bought my whole house water system 3 years ago and I could not be happier with my choice. Every tap in the house produces delicious drinking water and it is a wonderful thing to shower in water that does not reek of chlorine. I would never go back.

I purchased my PSE1800 Pelican Water filter system in 2009. Because Texas has very hard water I needed to buy a water softner. And a salt-free one due to high blood pressure. Prior to installing the water filter my Shih Tzu refused to drink the water so he drank bottled water. After the Pelican Water filter was installed he had no problem drinking the water. He confirmed for me that the water was pleasant and drinkable.

I am very pleased with our combination water softener and whole house filter. We have been enjoying both for about two years now with no concerns whatever. When I change the filter (at six month intervals) it's a quick job and I'm always surprised at how much yuck has been removed from my drinking and washing water. The water tastes great, and I don't have to lug heavy bags of salt home any more. Great product.

This is a great softer. I can not have a lot of salt in my diet. I went on the Internet found Pelican softners, read all about their product, watched their videos. Before I made this purchase I read a lot of the reviews on many different shower filters. I wanted to make an informed decision. I ended up buying this Pelican product which had no ratings on your sight. I really liked that it was a three stage filter and a great shower head. Now that I have it I can honestly say that Pelican is a quality product. Well made, easy to install and works great.

Hello Scott my name is Brian Ozimek. I am Wanda's son and I did the research an installation of my mom's Pelican system. I cannot think of any reason why Pelican systems would have a down side.From the water softeners compared information I found the Pelican system would be cheaper, easier to operate, and have limited maintenance. I personally have found out that all of those things are true. Pelican has an excellent product with many positive advantages. Plus they have also employed concerned, knowledgeable, employees in their customer service department that fill a very key role in any successful business. My experience has been five star.

I received my shower filter system last Friday and installed it immediately. It was easy to install and I noticed the difference right away. The water is softer without the salt residue of using salt pellets systems. The chlorine is gone and my skin is not dry. Anybody that has hard water and heavy minerals and chlorine in their water needs to run and get this product immediately!

Scott Stiltner, I want to thank you personally for the great service you gave us. I did install the system just as you and the instructions ask....and "yes" a woman could to do the instillation as well! Had no problems at all except for a little carbon that showed up in the tub and bowls, but that rinsed off easyly. I can't stand the smell or even the idea of chlorine in my mouth or on my body. That's why I called Pelican. I did a web check on the "best whole house water filtration" and got your company as #1. That's all I needed. I just ordered it and didn't care about price although shocked at what the price really was,...very reasonable indeed. I am dark skinned in the summer and oily. In the winter though the oil is gone and with the chlorinated water here,...I would littlerly wake at night scratching my legs until they bled. First thing I noticed was no itching and haven't since the filter. That in it's self is worth a bunch not to mention the bed sheet that won't get bloody. I've got great taste, no odor and feel safe with drinking the water again.

Here in southeast Texas we have some VERY hard water. Depending on the area, there can also be a lot of runoff from nearby farms that make obtaining clean, contaminant-free water from a well problematic. Our well, though fairly new, has a habit of testing positive for Total Coliform on a regular basis. For peace of mind, we installed the Trojan UV Pro 20 and NaturSoft NS3/NS6 combo and have not been disappointed. Quite pleased is actually a better way to put it! Not only do we have great-tasting and completely clean water from every single tap, but we are assured that it is free of harmful bacteria. I've proven this on multiple occasions by submitting water tests to the County testing facility. Whereas the water emanating from the well usually tests positive for Total Coliform, everything downstream of the UV chamber is completely clean. This system works as advertised! Many Thanks to Mark Hughes for his courteous professionalism in setting me up with a system that meets my needs perfectly.

Though on "good" county water I've never enjoyed drinking the water. It often smelled of chlorine. I wanted to reduce or eliminate all chlorine and all floride as both are poisons. I considered a whole house filter, but the way my house is built it would be difficult. I went with the under sink model with the separate faucet. It worked great! Now I drink water regularly. Rather than buy bottled water to take in the car I use a travel mug and use my own water. Pelican was patient and helpful when I was trying to figure out what I needed. I later bought the shower filter and am enjoying it as well. I highly recommend the under sink system if you would like cleaner, better tasting water for drinking and cooking.

I purchased the PC600 in 2008 after my husband was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Immediately we noticed a change in the water and are now able to drink it. We have had our new system installed for about a month now and I can start to see some improvements in our water flow rate.Our glasses are looking cleaner out of the dish washer and starting to see some of the scale build up around the shower head disapear.Our water was not real hard to start with so I really can't feel a difference in the water yet. I do see a difference in the soap and shampoo latering though.Overall i am very please with the rpoduct so far and look forward to seeing more benefits to come.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on a whole house filtration system. On my first call to Pelican, I ended speaking with the owner of the company, who patiently answered my questions and gave me his extension in case I had other questions. How many companies have that kind of service? In addition to great sales and support, the product is absolutely solid and has been a pleasure to use with just a few small hiccups. With each of those hiccups, I called the tech support team and they walked me through whatever was needed in order to solve the problem. In one case, an item was sent to me comp and expedited to make sure that the problem was resolved ASAP. I cannot say enough good things about the product or the company. We have owned our water softener for about 5 years . What I've noticed our faucets don't seen to get plugged up with calcium. All of the people who work at Pelican have been well trained,their answers are clear and through. I would recommend their systems.

We are very satisfied with our salt-free water softener. We've noticed definite changes in the water such as spot free dishes, no rings in the sinks and toilets, and better tasting water. And, it's all done without adding any chemicals.

The water is outstanding, no water sports on glass, cars and we can use our ice maker and water dispenser. No more bottles! I installed the system myself and was surprised on how easy it was to do. Had a salt softner in our home for years. Started having issues with it, so I contacted Pelican. Mark was a great help and very knowledgeable about his products. Installed the new system and couldn't be happier with the results. As many others, I researched the various types of water-softener systems on the market in order to make an educated purchase that would suit my family’s needs. We live in Tampa, Fl. where hard-water takes a toll on appliances. Our appliances revealed signs of the effects of hard-water and as such, were covered in white residue. We’ve had the whole house combo system installed for a couple of weeks now and the water definitely feels softer, yet it does not feel slimy. Additionally, the service and follow-up from Scott at Pelican has been excellent. I like the fact that the system requires very little upkeep (no adding salt, etc…). The filter is simple to change out (only every six months). Finally, I would like to share this with you. When I first called Pelican and spoke to Scott, I wanted to learn more and ask some questions regarding the system’s capabilities. i think i am the 1st in the gilbert az area to have a pelican. i do keep a USED brown and dirty prefilter handy to show neighbors just one of the things their old and out dated salt softners is missing. beside no maintanance and softer and CLEANER water.

Water is pretty good here, but Pelican made it better. The installation was done by a professional, but I probably could have done it. I am a retired Electrical engineer. I installed the 4 element (pre-filter, Carbon filter, Conditioner and D4 UV)system myself. I used ball valves between major components to make maintenance easy. I can shut down, bypass and depressurize any component to remove it for maintenance (9 valves) while maintaining water to the house. I recently changed the UV -It was easy, about 5min. Getting the replacement bulb from you was not easy -My first phone call to you sent me to the dealers and distributors who could not cross inventory to Trojan D4 bulb! After many calls and about 6 weeks I called you back and ordering was easy! Go figure!

I have owned this system for about 5 years and very pleased with the results. Water quality is excellent, mineral deposits on fixtures are no longer an issue and my steam shower unit has not been rebuilt since the Pelican system was installed. I had to have it rebuilt each year at a cost of $300 prior to the installation.

First of all, our rep, Mark Hughes, was most helpful in making our decision. We have been discussing getting a water system for years, We were confused by all the companies out there and bewildered by some of the costs; if not the initial cost, the cost and frequency of the filters. Our water in Scottsdale is not good for people with auto immune which I have. Also, the amount of money we spent on fixtures, coffee pots, etc along with the stains was financially draining.

Thanks so much for making an awesome product. I moved from the country into our first own house. I didnt take into account that we now have city water, until I dyed my hair. I was told that the chlorine reacts with the chemicals in the dye and made my hair BLUE! I was saved when I receieved a shower filter in the mail by a friend. Now that I have had the shower filter in use for 2 weeks, I see a difference in the texture of my hair and obviously color. But another fact, is that my skin is different too. The city water was making my skin overdry and irritated. Great Product! I recommend this to everyone living in the city AND out in the country!

Just had it installed 2 weeks ago. Water looks good and I am confident that it will preserve my appliances and plumbing. I am glad to be without the salt, a factor when you have high blood pressure. Changing filters is a lot easier than bringing home bags of salt.

I have had this system for almost 2 years I have it off of a flow well with sulfur water. It is the best thing I have done it makes the water as clean as bottled water. The only thing I have to do is change the prefilter every 3 months. If you are thinking of buying it is well worth the investment.

I bought a house water purifier not only to drink clean water but to cook and bath with it as well. It is one thing to drink clean water but bathing and cooking with it is equally important. After one week of having the house purifier I noticed a considerable difference in my skin, (not so dry) and my hair. Installation is not rocket science and to replace the water filters every six months is easy as well. The customer service department for this product is helpful beyond my expectations. They are friendly and are there to help you with any problem or question you have. Even installation. On a scale of 1-10 I give this company a 12.

I had a Pelican Water system installed about 3 weeks ago and two things really stand out as a big improvement in my life. First, I used to have to use 1 1/3 cups of detergent to do a large load of laundry, now I don't dare use more than 1/4 of a cup or I will have soap suds all over the laundry room. This will be a nice savings as detergents have become quite expensive. Second, I have a very inexpensive set of everyday drinking glasses and before my water system was installed my glasses would always have a whitish film on them even after just being washed in the dish washer. Now after only 3 weeks of use of the Pelican Water system I can't believe how clear and shiny my glasswear has become. No more white film and the glasses actually look like fine crystal. I also did a bit of calculating on what this product could save a married couple. Figuring in the cost of bottled water, bagged salt and the cost of electricity, I determined that a $500.00 a year savings could result with the use of this system. This figure doesn't even include the savings of dollars due to scale buildup in the plumbing of a home. After tallying it all up I have come to the conclusion that this product will easily pay for itself within 3 to 4 years. I live in a municipality. Periodically, we receive reports of bateria and other substances in our water from our city. We have individuals filters in our house for drinking water. However, I did not like the thought of showering in the water as well as all of these individual filters that do part of the job. My wife and I purchased the whole house water system in 2009. My neighbors all have water delivered to their homes, when they come to our home they are amazed that we drink the water directly from the sink. In addition, our hot tub is filled with the water and when we had it checked it was perfectly pure and clean. We have the system hooked up through the main line coming into the house so every drop of water runs through the system. We have never had any misgivings about getting the system. In addition, Pelican is always their to help with any questions.

Our city supplied water has alot of chlorine in it. After our house plants started dying we used a swimming pool chlorine test kit to find that there was about the same amount of chlorine in our drinking water as our swimming pool. Not any more. The word/term "service" doesn't seem to carry the same meaning it once did. Companies today advertise about offering "quality service" as if it is an incentive to buy from them. 'Back in the day' companies did not mention "service" because few companies survived long if the quality of their "service" didn't match the quality of their product. Thank you Pelican Water for your great filter. The day we had it installed, the horrible smell we had in our water was immediately gone. Quite obviously it is working as we have seen a great positive change in the behavior of our pets and our own health as well. We have heard of other people in California with health problems related to the content of their water. I highly recommend the Pelican Water Filtration System. We purchased the Carbon Filter with the UV light system to kill bacteria in the water. We no longer have that awful sulfur smell coming up out of our drains. The people in the office were always available to answer our questions and concerns and called frequently to check up on how the system was working for us. We have had the Pelican filter for 5 years. Today I ordered a new media. We have been extremely pleased with the performance of this system. Very happy with the PSE 1800 whole house filter-softener! Have had it up and running for a little less than 2 weeks, and noticed immediate improvement in water quality.....very little to no spotting on washed dishes, and ice cubes from our ice maker no longer taste funny! My wife and I had the Natursoft NS3 water softener system installed almost three years ago. Initially we were a bit skeptical that this or any system could do what it claimed. And that was that the system could soften our water using zero salt, zero electricity and the water wouldn't feel slimy. Well all of the claims are 100% accurate. We have a well and it is deep into limestone so our water tested as very hard water. We used to have to soak our shower heads and faucet heads in CLR once a month. After the initial break in we haven’t had to soak anything in the three years since the installation. The plumber that installed the system was astonished to find that he didn’t need to run a drain during the install and he only charged us $300. He told us that other systems were more difficult and time consuming to install. As such he typically charged over $1,000 unless there were difficulties installing the drain and then the cost went up from there. The only maintenance cost to us has been for the changing of the 10Micron filter on the system and we replace that appx every 9 months or so. If you have hard water problems this system is hands down the very best at solving hard water issues at a minimal cost with almost no maintenance. Oh and for those that really hate slimy soft water (like I do), don’t fear. We can’t tell the difference in the water and neither do our house guests.

Hubby and I bought an 8 year old house in northeast Florida and knew we had to do something about the water since every apparatus that was in contact with water was corroding. If the water is corroding the appliances, what is it doing to your body? I wanted a saltless water purification system since I do have high blood pressure, and Pelican's system was exactly everything that was on my checklist. Scott Stiltner became my new best friend, as he could not have been more accommodating. Even today he called to ask me how everything was going after the installation two days ago and asked if I could take a picture of the installed system for him. When I sent him my pictures, he called to inform me that the valves were on bypass mode! I am so thankful that Scott called to ask for pictures, because we would never have known that the water was not being filtered until it was time to change the filter, wondering why it still looked brand new! Yesterday, thinking the water was being filtered, my husband came out of the shower and said he was disappointed. When I asked why, he said because he is still bald. I was happy to text him this morning that the filter and softener were not engaged, and that there was still hope for his hair (or lack thereof). Based on what I researched online and based on price my wife and I decided to go with this home water filtration system. We are excited to install this unit as we are remodeling with new sink/counter tops/faucets and want to keep the hard water spots from showing up. I have had the PC600 installed for over 3 years. This has been by far the best investment that I could have made. Installation was very easy and the difference in water quality is both night and day.

I just installed a new Pelican PSE1800 with a Trojan D4 UV stage to replace my culligan Salt-based water softner. The installation was straight-forward, took about 4 hours and there were no surprises. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of my water. The water softness appears to be better than what I had with my Culligan system. That is a surprise given that I no longer need to use salt to achieve softness. The taste of my water is as good as the water I have coming out of my Reverse Osmosis system. Half the people who tried a comparative taste test cannot tell the difference I would certainly recommend the Pelican system to anyone interested in higher quality water. The well I had drilled is not very deep so the sediment proved to be a problem. After getting this filter I could definitely tell the difference in the quality of the water. It is a good system and I would but another one if I needed it.

Almost 2 years have elapsed since our purchase. We thought we were consuming well filtered water from our local water company based on them publishing their test results. With your PC600 we are now Happy 'drinkers' seeing the accumulation on the filters in our system which have added 'real' filtered water which also tastes better and reveals no sediment. First day Ph was 6.8 and two days later was 7.4. Scrubbed down toilets to remove green stain and haven't seen any indication of it's return. Water has been softened and you can see it in the bubble effect of the water with combination of soap suds. units seem to be working well by their selves without any interruption

Municipal water in our area has always been a concern to us. One of the visible effects was a pinkish ring around the toilet within 3-4 days of cleaning it! Water tasted bad, so we always bought bottled water. We could really could not cook with bottled water, so we had to use the municipal stuff. We never really thought about showering with this until we did some research on chlorinated water, and our decision was made! After months of research on filtration systems, we chose Pelican based not only on initial cost, but also on future costs, (very minimal), but also on what your system actually REMOVES from our water, yet keeping beneficial minerals in. Well, I'm happy to say that after three weeks with our new system we have NO PINK RINGS in the toilet anymore! I needed a water certificate to open a Bed & Breakfast, but failed twice because of minor bacteria and ecoli. A UV system was recommended and I found Pelican on the web, ordered the system with a backup bulb and sleeve which were delivered promptly. I installed the system myself and passed the water certificate inspection. A great product that actually works.

We purchased our 1st home in SoCal in June 2012. We have hard water and the home had never had a softener system installed. After researching different systems we purchased a salt system from Lowes and when we asked a plumber about the system he recommended that we return it due to the environmental issues and potention outlawing of salt system in the near future. We returned the system were referred to Pelican's website. After weighing the cost savings for installing the system myself we decided to go with the PSE2000 Combo System. Installation was easy and instructions were easy to follow to prepare for install. I chose to use copper piping to plumb the system into my homes main water line. The additional materials cost approx $250 and it took me about 6 hours total to solder and connect everything. After running the water post-install as directing in the instructions every member of my household noticed a significant difference in the water. We are now drinking out of the tap and there is no residue left behind on anything. Probably the best thing about this system is that it is practically maintenance free. We expect to have to replace the charcoal tank every 5 years at a cost of $216. Absolutely amazing. A big investment up front but well worth it in the long run.

When I was a kid (in my early 60's now), we drank the water right out of the tap. No problem. How times have changed. So now,it was time for us to change, from bottled water to better water. Don't know what happened to the water over the years, but we're thankful we happened to come across "Pelican" and Mark, our service rep. Great company and web site, great products and people. I've had my tannin and water softener for approximately a month now. I must say,that both do an excellent job of condition my well water, plus I got an extra bonus, my well water no longer has a surfer smell. I can't say enough aboutmy Pelican water system. We are extremely pleased with our new Pelican water filtration system (combo series PSE 1800). Our water tastes great and is very safe to drink (safer than bottled water), it saves on our pipes 9(less corrosive), is much better water for our hot tub & its elements, and is a very easy system to maintain. We have had our Pelican Water Softener for about 5 years. During that time, it has given us no problems and provides pure drinking water for our whole house. It has been basically maintenance free and was one of the best investments I have made. We live in Arizona and the water is unpalatable in its natural state. Our water softener provides us with pure water for washing clothes, dishes and bathing, in addition to drinking water.

My Pelican Rep was Steve at ext. 205. Steve was very knowledgeable about the product and I felt he wasn't trying to sell me things I didn't need. I installed my Pelican Whole House WF4 water system July 2011. I have been more than satisfied with this water system. It is simple to maintain with only adding Bleach and water to the reserve tank about once a month and changing the filter about every six months. The water quality has exceeded my expectations with taste and clarity. We never need to clean the toilets with chemicals as this water system leaves no stains, therefore we save on cleaning chemicals and efforts to keep them clean. Mark Hughes with customer service has always been very courteous and professional with any questions I have had. He is very knowledgeable of the Pelican water systems. I would highly recommend the Pelican Water system to anyone needing a water filter system for their home.

Four years ago our family purchased the PC600 carbon filtration system!!!! Worth every penny!!!!! We are on well water and we have the best tasting water, plus our hair is nice and soft!!!! We are moving and decided not to include it in the price of home ! No way !!!!! ;) we are moving to a home with city water and love that we can easily un hook this and take it with!!!! Now all the yucky chlorine will be filtered!!!!! So my advice is Take it with You!!!!!!! You'll be happy you did!

Since we installed the 1800 combo, the water quality improved tremendously. No more sediments in the kettle, washing hair is not a struggle anymore, and no more buying 20 gallons of water every few weeks and hauling it home from the supermarket. Great product.

I put my husband's name down, but I am the one who does most of the cleaning so I have been the one to notice the changes. The very first thing I noticed when he finally had it up and going is that I could wipe down my stainless steel kitchen sink and finally see some shine to it. I wiped it several times because I could not believe it. I don't always use my dishwasher because there are only two of us, so when I washed some spoons and my paring knives they were shiny. I wiped the granite on my bathroom sink and no water spots were left. Finally when I washed my natural curly hair, has not had any body to it in a long time, it was curly again and SHINY. We have very hard water and iron in our water ever since we had the well dug. We moved here a year ago and I have never had to deal with something like this before. I hated the way my clothes came out after washing. I had to throw some away. We are excited about this filter system and know we will enjoy it even more as it continues to performs just as we have hoped. We had very good communication and help from Mark Hughes. First of all, allow me to compliment the Pelican Customer Service team for their outstanding services which I have received every time I've called upon them. We have the house salt free water softner/conditioner combo and have been using now for the last 2 years. What a big difference this unit has made in the way the water feels when taking a shower and drinking it too. We would never again even think of using a salt water softner.

I waited a bit to see if the filtering system was everything I read about it. It is! We love the water and my skin feels so much softer. We also were very pleased with Carey Plumbing, who installed the filter.

I purchased this unit about a year ago. At 68 years old it was not that hard to install the unit and the necessary pvc pipes to accommodate. Well, I have not had a minutes trouble with the unit. No leaks. No nothing. If you are considering a system, put this at the top of the list. The price was great, and the delivery was fast. This unit is the king of the hill, and I have no reason to believe their are units are of any LESS quality. Now, stop reading and place that order.

Since I have installed the Pelican NaturSoft Salt Free Water Softner, it has cleaned out all the pipes in our house of build up and softened the water. I have not had to lift a heavy bag of Salt, nor used any electricity to keep it operating smoothly. It also does not have run off dirty water with salt into the soil. There by I am not creating soil that will keep plants etc from dying. It also saves me money by not using any electricity. Thanks to Pelican Natursoft.

The city we live in delivers some of the hardest water in the USA. We didn't want the salt exchange and monthly payments forever. We sought after alternatives and found Pelican. My husband (a PhD engineer) did research on our water hardness and some chemistry calculations on the solubility of calcium carbonate and water to figure out how much the Pelican softener could soften our water. The calculations came out to be at worst softening by 75%. After he installed it (tip: highly recommend Shark Bite connections for connecting copper to PVC - no soldering required) we were shocked at how soft the water was. It feels extremely soft, about 95% softer - comparable to salt softened water! I could feel the difference the first time I washed my hands. Friends say it feels like nice hotel water. We have softer laundry, sink water marks aren't crusty anymore, hard white calcium junk on faucets aren't forming anymore. We are so much more pleased with it than we ever thought we would be. I live in southern California where the water is hard at best. Just recently I purchased the Pelican Filter/Softener Combo and am already pleased with the results. In short – it is as good as advertised! The water in my home now smell & taste much better than it did previous to my purchase of the filter/softener and also better than the bottled water I have delivered to my home (which I will soon stop). It also feels better on my skin when showering and even when washing my hands. The soaps that I use now lathers more and whatever water spotting there is on glass or stainless steel – is easy to wipe away. I am so happy I purchased our NS-3 water filter system 2 years ago. There is absolutly no muss, no fuss and best of all it really performs great! It's all it advertises itself to be. The water is soft, no spots, and needs no salt! The maintenance is zip! I just change the filter once each year. It takes only 5 minutes and no special tools or knowledge required. Two of my neighbors have also bought the NS-3 system and love it! Its so sleek and tidy it fits perfectly, out of the way, in my garage. It just quietly sits there and does its thing without any noise. I fully recommend this system.

We purchased a PSE1800 after being thoroughly dissatisfied with a "competing" product, which we removed and gave away. We have been most happy with the Pelican System's performance and the excellent support provided by the Pelican staff. My husband and I purchased a Pelican PC600 whole house water filtration system in 2007. Other than changing the pre-filter cartridges, we had had no issues with this system. We live in a small city and have city water. Our water tasted and smelled of chlorine, since the installation of our system we have tasted a big change in our water. It does not taste anything, which is a good thing.

I recently purchased my first home, and knew that I did not want a salt softener. I wanted water for drinking and to water the plants. The Combo system looked like it would provide what I was hoping for. So far the system is wonderful; the water is drinkable right out of the tap. I would definitely recomend this system.

Like many others, I did a lot of research before buying this system. After 3 yrs of using this system, I can finally say this system really works. A few examples here: 1. The water tanks of toilets still look pure white inside after 3 yrs; 2. We are using at least 20% less water in shower; 3. We cut almost half detergent in our washer machine.

Just had the combo system installed last week and my water tasted clear immediately. I was considering an under the counter filter in the kitchen but I now can use any faucet for clean clear water and the cost was not that much greater. It is a sleek compact system and I have already had people impressed with it. I had no idea how to choose what I needed, but was assisted by the salesman and my needs were met. My dishes now have no film and no more white rings around my sinks & showers. WOW ! After a lenghty research period, decided to go with the Pelican PSE1800 whole house system based on reviews and an actual neighbor in my neighborhood who had one. I considered the salt based systems and it pros and cons but really didn't want to add salt to my system for health reasons. IMMEDIATELEY after install, the water quality was obvious. After the first shower there was no more dry skin or mineral residue on fixtures or glass shower doors. Glasses , silverware and dishes came clean as a whistle with no residue. And as a bonus, pure filtered water flows from every faucet in the house and not relagated to only (1) fixture as with the reverse osmosis systems. No salt to add, no wasted water, only clen fresh tasting soft water throughout the house.Case closed! Happy as a clam!

Absolutely wonderful water! Easy to install, excellent quality, virtually maintenance free. I have to change prefilter every 6 mo. because our water is so bad. Easy to change, no leaks. We are on county water system, but water has lots of sediment, iron & calcium, plus chlorine smell is very strong. This system takes it all out, tastes wonderful, & is crystal clear. We are delighted with our Pelican water system. My skin feels smoother, my teeth are whiter, the clothes and dishes are cleaner, and we can have a drink of pure water from any faucet in the house. The set up went smoothly too. The carbon dust didn't really accumulate in the toilets after the first night. I didn't clean the tanks until about a month later as there wasn't any problem. For us, it is part of our living a healthier lifestyle.

The system handles us easily and everyone loves the water for drinking, cooking, cleaning and especially the showers. After their showers they feel so clean, refreshed and most importantly their skin is not wrinkled and dried out as if we had an excellent water softener system. We are going on our fifth year this year using this system and the system is still doing what it is suppose to do. Water is such a crucial component for our health. I originally had a salt system and replaced it with a Pelican Water System. I purchased the salt free water softener and the whole house water filter. The water tastes wonderful. The shower is wonderful with no slippery feeling on your skin. I would highly recommend this water system. Some of the best money ever spent.

We have very hard water in Savannah. After researching numerous alternatives, we chose the Pelican combo series, PSE1800/PSE2000. It was installed in 2008. We have been very pleased with the performance. In the first five years, only have to replace the prefilter, which is not a big job. Highly recommend Pelican.

The rep was very helpful in going through our water test results and helping us pick out the right product. So far we are very happy with the level of service.

I just purchased a home with well water and suspected the home's existing filter had not been touched in a long time. Removing it with my plumber confirmed that suspicion. Tremendous backup of stuff to clean out of the plumbing, but with the new system installed the water tastes great, looks much better, and the water pressure has risen at least 25%. I was nervous to buy a big system like this on line, but your sales rep addressed all of my concerns and I am very satisfied with the results.

Great product and very little work needed to maintain. Filter change and its all done. Water quality improvement was noticed sooner than even the company stated. All water deposits have been removed in the dish washer and off pots and pans. No salt, no electric hook up needed. I self installed the unit and would without hesitation purchase another in another home. I would higly suggest you look into this product beforer buying a cheeper salt required unit from your local home improvement store....they are cheeper but the benifits of this unit are well worth this has done for the home....

We have had our combo system for about 3 months. It performs exactly as advertised. My wife's comment - "why didn't we get this before". My visiting daughter's comment after she returned home: "My hair feels so good I do not want to wash it". I was skeptical and did a lot of researching before buying the Pelican Combo System. We are very pleased with it and I would highly recommend it....

We bought a system that Pelican spec'd to filter the entire house. Santa Barbara water has the highest mineral content. With the system Pelican spec'd, our water tastes good, is not "slimy" feeling like salt softened water, and leaves far less mineral deposit on everything. THANK YOU, Pelican!

I installed the PC1000 filter after completing the carbon tank soak & wash cycles. I was careful to keep large flows down as the instructions indicated. The house water hand some carbon dust in it for a few days after which the water was clear. The water tastes better now & we are completely satisfied with the filter. Incidentally, due to access for installing the filter after the irrigation connection, It is installed so that all water, including irrigation passes through the filter. This should not be problem since our total water usage is nominally 100,000 gallons per year. I am also pleased with the advice I get from your rep. Mark

I just recently installed the carbon filter to remove chlorine from my house water, and I couldn't be happier. It's a pleasure to take a bath/shower without the harsh chlorine on my skin. And, my kitchen water is now drinkable!

I initially contacted Steve regarding some questions I had about Pelican systems. He was very helpful, and was able to give me all the information I was seeking. I called him a few days later to order my system and he, again, was most gracious and helpful throughout the ordering process. It is harder and harder to be satisfied with many product purchases anymore but not the case with the PC600 system. A very low maintenance product with great performance that has worked very well over the past 5+ years after installing it myself. Keep up the good work and products Pelican! I have owned a pc1000 filtration system for just over one year and couldn't be more pleased. I had some down time recently changing out the sediment filter (while I located the O rings) and had to resort to city and bottled water. You don't realize how amazing this system is until you go back to the other water. What really surprised me was how terrible the bottled water tasted after getting use to my system. Unbelievable! And what a difference it makes when taking a shower. I love the fact that it is a whole house filtration system; no worries of chlorimines from the shower, or evaporation from the toilet and peace of mind when watering the garden, which by the way has taken off like mad since I've used the filtered water. The plants love it, my pets love it, my patients love it ( already have referred two people who couldn't be happier), my wife loves it, as do I. Do yourself a BIG HEALTHY FAVOR and get a system now. For what you get in return for the amount of money you spend (hardly nothing) it's SIMPLY THE BEST.

We have been in the Plumbing trade since 1970 and have installed many filtration and softner systems but, Pelican is the easiest to install, and the most efficient system yet. This keeps the cost of installation down for the customer. If I had three thumbs, they would all be up Pelican..... Keep the great technology.

I own the Pelican Combo Series with UV for six months and am very satisfied with it. The quality of the product is excellent, delivering excellent water to my family. When it was time for me to change the sediment filter, I didn't have the o-ring. A call to Pelican immediately resolved that problem. I bought the Saltless UV Combo System for Well Water. My well water was decent, but very hard. I was very interested in a salt-free option with filters and UV. After my salt conditioner went out I spent a few months researching options. Anyone who has done this knows there is a lot of opinions out there on the Net about salt vs salt-free conditioners....but not many very reliable reviews. We've had the salt-free combo system now for over 90 days and I'm happy to report IT REALLY WORKS, AND THE WATER IS DELICIOUS! The system was pricey at $3800 plus another $900 to have it professionally installed - it was worth the price! Water is still not super soft, but it is not hard! Soap lathers up great. No sticky feeling after showers. Super soft water with the salt conditioners feels slimy. Now my water is not hard, not slimy, sparkling clean, fresh and just tastes incredible. This whole house system ensures all the water in my house is like spa water! I was very skeptical and the price was a substantial investment. I am very happy with the system! Pelican provided me contact information to plumbers in my area with experience in installing their system. I live way out in the country so the closest plumber was about two hours away, so it did cost $900 for installation for me. But very glad I had a pro do it. As a past skeptic, I'm pleased to say how thrilled we are with the salt-free combo system!

The system was easy to install and I had no leaks. The whole process took four hours including sweating the joints. I just changed the primary filter for the first time. Can't believe what I have been drinking all this years!

Mark @ Pelican: I have had my Pelican System for over a year now. Have just purchased replacement sediment filters. This is by far the finest system I have owned in over 60 years. NO SALT REQUIRED. I am 80 years old and a Diabetic, Ashmatic plus many other ailments. This Pelican system not only is the best unit I have found for my whole house, but has has helped me control most of my health problems. I highly recommend the Pelican Water Systems.

Just built a brand new home here in Florida, and while the builder said the water was good, I did not care to pay attention to him, and had the Pelican 1800 combo installed. The water is fantastic. No smell, no lumps, no nothing , other than clean pure H2O. i had done a lot of on-line research, and discovered Pelican. I ran into an old friend who managed a water treatment plant as a profession, and he said that I chose the best. He had just helped his brother put a Pelican in his home in Florida. Save your time and just order a Pelican.

Twenty plus years using change-out monthly soft water service with large national water treatment company. Now I have no more wet, messy garage floor every time tank was changed PLUS no more salt corrosion on shower doors, faucets, etc. Natursoft gives better quality water without environmental damage from salt....a win-win.

We have lived with bad water since we bought our house in 2006. Already had to replace a dishwasher probably due to the water, so we decided it was time to condition the water. We investigated alot of different systems and decided on the combination filter/salt-free conditioner. After only a month, we see the difference. No more spots on the glassware, shower doors, and mirrors. And the water has no taste or odor. First time we have drunk right out of the faucet. Big thumbs up.

I have had the PSE1800/PSE2000m system installed for 4 years now and would not do without it. The best thing is that there is no maintenance (salt or whatever) for 5 years. I presently had to take the system off line due to plumbing problems and can tell the difference in the water. I will buy the replacement media and change it out while it is off line. Great product.

We installed the Pelican Combo....whole house water filter and softener almost 3 years ago. We LOVE it! Our entire house, every faucet, has pure, non-salt softened water to use. Dishes sparkle, body is clean with no chlorine, even our 680 gallon hot tub has clear, pure water. Hair rinses better, water tastes great, even from the ice maker! We recommend Pelican to everyone. We couldn't be happier, and our plumber said installing it was easy!
