After I had my filters professionally installed two years ago, I have been very happy with the performance and ease of operation. I replace the pre-filters myself as needed and the water tastes great. Good product, good service and easy to operate.

We have a 130'x 4" well with an in-ground pump that supplies our home's water.

It has been getting progressively worse each year, for the past several, in the fact that the water is extremely high in iron content. Water pumped through limestone directly out of the well head, keeps a dark, rust color, and has a mineral odor and taste.

We had originally bought and installed a Culligan system, but after a few years it had completely stopped working, and they wanted a LOT of money to come and repair or replace it.

We 'found' Pelican doing some online searching, and then after looking at and comparing a few other available systems, we decided to try theirs.

Their CSR was extremely helpful and patient, so we ordered a Whole House Iron/Manganese (WF 1354) Filter System, and within a few days after ordering, it arrived at our home.

Easy instructions and details included, in how to install it, and set up the timer, and in a few hours, and PVC plumbed, we were soon good to go.

After the first few days of filtering, the water just got increasingly better and better. The water coming into the house now, is completely clear, odorless, and has no 'taste' at all. As good as we've ever had, in the past 25 years of living on our property.

As an added plus, we no longer have to buy, and carry bags of salt. The water we are getting is very 'soft', without the need of an extra softener system. Dish sink, and shower soap readily 'sudses up' yet is easy to rinse off.

We are extremely pleased with Pelican's system, and especially their very helpful CSR and tech folks, who are always right there to answer any questions, and help in any way they can to solve your water problems.

Pelican gets a big 'A++' from us, in both their systems and service. Not to mention comparative pricing for any similar system out there.

Give Pelican a try and we promise you won't be disappointed.

Mark has been a good example for dealing with your company. Order worked fine and it is being shipped at this time. We'll know more after equipment is installed.

Being in the Property Management Business I get to see and utilize so many different products out there for all types of residential and commercial applications.

When it came time to renovate my house, installing the Pelican Water Filter System was an option I was not going to compromise on.

Besides being so easy to install and maintain it's calming to know that the water I use is not only free from harmful chemicals yet tastes like water should taste like.

Don't hesitate, put one of their systems in your house.

Its a bit scary for seniors to purchase any big ticket items. Mark was very helpful with our selection and we now await our purchase.

He invited us to call him anytime with our questions. And I am sure we will.

We bought this system for our house that we had built 1-1/2 years ago. We are happy with the customer service and the unit itself. The water tastes much better. Before we moved, I did some research and knew we would need a filter for our water since the water here is not so good. We are glad we purchased a whole house filter. You can drink the water from any faucet and know that you are bathing in cleaner water.
